My manual testing passed.
I followed the test case procedures manually. No Tracebacks or WARNings
exist in /var/log/cloud-init.log . Some queries:
$ cloud-init query v1.cloud_name
oracle
$ cloud-init query v1.platform
oracle
$ cloud-init status -l
