Public bug reported:

- System: Ubuntu 21.04 (experienced also with Ubuntu 21.10)
- Wayland session
- Hardware setup: laptop connected to 2 extra monitors
  - Laptop screen: off
  - Samsung (left monitor): on
  - LG (right monitor): on

- DESCRIPTION
Edge tiled windows can be placed in a different position after suspension. See
this video example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xL1VlzDh2CU

In the video you can see that Gedit is placed on the left side of the
monitor on the right. After suspension Gedit is moved to the left side
of the left screen.

It looks that this bug happens only with windows tiled at the edges between two
monitors.
Unfortunately it seems to be random, it happens often but not every time.

- REPRODUCE THE BUG
1. Left monitor: place a window using the tiling window functionality on the
right side.
2. Right monitor: place a window using the tiling window functionality on the
left side.
3. Suspend the computer.
4. Switch on the computer. Now it's possible the one or both windows are in a
different position.

- NOTES
This problem is related to Wayland session but I don't know exactly which
components (maybe Mutter?).
Please let me know if some specific commands is needed.
