Well, I couldn't figure out how to disable the ubuntu dock, because I had not ever used the extensions app before, but I used apt to remove it and then I could not repeat the behavior, however, I did reinstall it, and I also could not get it to malfunction.  Sorry, I've lost your bug! Rob On

I briefly tried to reproduce this using X, but was unsuccessful, but going back to Wayland, I was able to reproduce it. This time I did a Ctrl-Alt-F3, and then a Ctrl-Alt-F1, and typed my password, and could then click gnome-shell widgets okay. -- You received this bug notification because you
