I can reproduce the issue described here. I'm using stock Ubuntu dock,
no other gnome-shell extensions other than the ones enabled by default
in Ubuntu, and I'm on jammy fully up-to-date. After I lock my screen and
let the monitor blank, when I unlock it I find that one or several of my
fullscreen
The version of gnome-shell you have does contain the fix for bug 1917939
still, but it sounds like it's not working in all cases.
Rather than worry about gnome-shell we should probably just wait for the
new fix for bug 1917939 which will be in mutter 42 instead. That will be
released to Ubuntu
Also, does the problem still occur if you disable all those other non-
Ubuntu extensions?

This might have been caused by my system running so slow due to the
other bug I'm having with tracker-miner consuming all CPU:
