We would need to have uniconverter available at least in universe in
order to put a recommends against it, so marking this as wishlist until
that's done.

I'm quite sure nothing will happen until we have the python-uniconvertor
package in Ubuntu. I'll doubt a FeatureFreezeException is possible now; but you

I think the recommends and patching is reasonable to include

Please, don't mark Baltix distro bugs, assigned to Baltix by main Baltix
developer, as Invalid. Launchpad was fixed to make Ubuntu as default
distro, so, almost all bugs, assigned to Baltix are real Baltix tasks,
not accidents.
