Yes, the ChangeLog is generated from the git commits whenever releasing
an upstream tarball. It`s as full as it gets (heck, it`s even too
verbose, since it`s straight off the commit log).

for Hardy final.
With the pending rename of -amd to -geode, there is bound to be a great
deal of confusion as documentation, howtos, and forum advice changes
over. By ensuring the driver in Hardy LTS can work with either

I forgot to mention that, according to upstream plans, the rename should
happen by the end of this week. The code itself is essentially upgraded
in GIT already, so we just need X.org admins to rename the GIT module in
the tree and for upstream to mark this as 2.8, for the release to take
place.
