Public bug reported: Binary package hint: acpi-support
I put a script in resume.d that does: echo 1 > /proc/driver/acerhk/wirelessled this is needed to get wireless working after resuming from suspend. However, Hardy doesn't appear to call any of the scripts in the directory. In addition, I am getting this output in syslog: Mar 25 23:08:01 acer NetworkManager: <info> Error getting killswitch power: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply - Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken. Mar 25 23:09:41 acer NetworkManager: <info> Found radio killswitch /org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/ipw_wlan_switch Please let me know if you need more info. -- Andy ** Affects: acpi-support (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- scripts in /etc/acpi/resume.d not being run https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/206985 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
