Public bug reported: Binary package hint: nautilus
If you have a long file transfer going, and you move the File operations dialog to a corner of your screen, any of the following events will cause the File operations dialog repositions itself to the center of the screen: * you start another transfer * you cancel one of the transfers * one of the transfers finishes * you click the File operations icon in the notification area twice (once to hide the dialog, then again to re-show it) The file operations dialog should stay where I put it. Otherwise, it appears to be a different dialog. I'm running Ubuntu 8.04 beta + all updates as of March 25, 2008. dpkg -s nautilus | grep Version shows Version: 1:2.22.0-0ubuntu3.
