I am usinig the hl1250 driver.
But I have just solved the problem with a hint by someone else:
The PDF-Viewer printer dialog has again an option to set the resolution, and
after switching this option also to 600dpi, the printer output was as expected.

You can close this bug report by clicking on the current Status in the yellow
line at the top and change it to Invalid.
