Binary package hint: awstats

cronjob located in /etc/cron.d/awstats
0,10,20,30,40,50 * * * * www-data /usr/lib/cgi-bin/awstats.pl -config=awstats 
-update >/dev/null

If not completing within the 10 minute interval, multiple instances will
be spawned until the machine comes to a halt. A check should be in place
to prohibit additional instances from running if the prior instances is
still running.
