Public bug reported: Binary package hint: xubuntu-default-settings
I'm testing alpha 3, and at about 12:00 VET I updated the system. "Some" package deleted the /etc/network/run folder, and configured resolv.conf wronly. I tried updating twice again today, but the problem seems to be unsolved, or either has not been reported by anyone else. I'm sorry I can't tell which one was, but if someone tells me where to look at, I'll check. [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ lsb_release -rd Description: Ubuntu intrepid (development branch) Release: 8.10 I logged in, no problems, but I can't get any internet names resolved. I had to fix it manually, and create the ifstate file manually. I'm sorry if I'm posting this under the wrong Project. ** Affects: xubuntu-default-settings (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Description changed: Binary package hint: xubuntu-default-settings I'm testing alpha 3, and at about 12:00 VET I updated the system.
