Bipy, what's your system locale language.
I had similar problem, but after I changed system language to English,
installation went normally. Before that I had Estonian locale language.
I also did sudo su, as it was recommended in Ubuntu question #27500.

ths looks like you try to install ltsp-client-core directly ... its not
intended to and this is not a bug. it fails to install deliberately and should
have shown your a debconf message that it cant be installed on a normal system
(if that has not been shown please re-open)
