Yes, that looks like the same thing, and I am running compiz. I'm not sure why it would be a bug in compiz though - this will be the application itself, or its Gtk theme, setting RGBA colourspace instead of RGB, I think? -- UI is partially translucent. Inconsistent with the rest of GNOME
