I have a solution for this bug, not a good one though. I had two harddisks. One connected on SATA and hosting my Ubuntu, the other connected on IDE and hosting a windows os. The windows disk was recently producing bad vibrations (literally), so I had to remove it to keep my sanity. And tata!
