key shortcut, the other profiles may have an awkward initiation
sequence, but the user can be expected to see what they are doing.

If we were to take this approach, we would have to assign a functino key
to all profiles, and as far as my understanding of gfxboot goes, one
would still have to press down arrow, and press enter to start the
install. As to how easy/feesable this is, I think Colin is probably in
the best position
