- gtk theme only, not meta theme
- create link to images in New Wave

I'll merge this and upload after beta.

I would think someone in the release team can advise you Dilomo. As its
a non standard theme and its a bug fix change, it should be a candidte
for pre beta.

I have tested the theme on Jaunty and I see no problems at all.
