I'm having this same problem with two plasmoids:
- KTorrent Plasma Applet
- Weather Forecast
On the attached picture you can see on the top of the page what (I
guess) should actually be shown when I left click once on the widget.
Maybe it's actually more of a KDE bug, than an ubuntu/kubuntu bug?
This would be a bug in each of those plasmoids. (So yes, a KDE bug)
