Public bug reported:
TC1100 does not come out of hibernate with latest Jaunty. It stops at
"disabling non-boot CPUs" at thaw. Suspend works without a hitch.

Annotation: This occured during a previous hibernate and prevented it from
resuming properly. The resume processing hung very near the end and will have
appeared to have completed normally.
