Not quite :-)
When You launch Mahjongg and start Your first game by deleting the first pair
of stones, both buttons Pause Game and Resume Game are visible and active.
If You click Resume Game, the game gets paused and the buttons behave
/ appear as they should, even if You start a new game
Sorry, you are right. Somehow I only focused on the second part of your
report summary. Given that the upstream bug against gtk+ has been closed
as not a bug, it is maybe a good idea to open another specific upstream
bug against gnome-games.
