Configuration:
Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty
SD Card -> /dev/sdb1 -> /boot
Hard Drive -> /dev/sda1 -> Encrypted Volume
Encrypted Volume -> /dev/mapper/pri-root -> Ext4 Filesystem
Ext4 -> /

Problem Description:
During boot fsck fails to identify the /boot partition. Dropped into 
maintenance with option to fix or Control-D to continue boot. It does appear 
that the /boot partition is unmounted after passphrase verfication is complete 
so perhaps something is stomping on the other...?

More annoying than anything... system does boot once Control-D is
pressed.
