Title:
update-manager can't update my system to 09.04
This bug was fixed in the package update-manager - 1:0.111.9
---
update-manager (1:0.111.9) jaunty-proposed; urgency=low
* DistUpgrade/DistUpgradeCache.py:
- increase the size that the kernel requires in /boot
(LP: #365623)
* DistUpgrade/DistUpgradeApport.py:
- fix
I am able to reproduce the error with the update-manager in jaunty,
1:0.111.7, and can confirm that the version of update-manager in jaunty-
proposed, 1:0.111.9, is able to calculate the upgrade path from intrepid
to jaunty, and completed the upgrade. Marking verification-done.
** Tags added:
Accepted update-manager into jaunty-proposed, the package will build now
and be available in a few hours. Please test and give feedback here. See
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to
enable and use -proposed. Thank you in advance!

update-manager can't update my system to 09.04 (kphotoalbum/libkipi)
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/365840
You received this bug notification because
It seems that this is caused because libkipi0 and libkipi6 conflict and
kpotoalbum and gwenview require different version of the libs. It seems
to get triggered by a workaround added for #360222.

update-manager can't update my system to 09.04 (kphotoalbum/libkipi)
The update has finished and I was able to install digikam again (that
also installed kipi-plugins etc). I installed kphotoalbum, but that
removed digikam and gwenview. And when I try to install digikam and
gwenview it will remove kphotoalbum again.
So it seems that for a normal user like me there

I think I solved this by removing libkipi0. In the process this has
also removed digikam and kphotoalbum (probably the programs why this
libkipi0 was installed). Now the update proces is downloading packages
so it seems to be working now.
However, as far as I know digikam and kphotoalbum are
