Binary package hint: memtest86+

Updating from Ubuntu8.10 thru web  - this was first indication of
problem. Any other concerns seemed to be with memtest86 - this was first
message

unable to make backup link of ./boot/memtest86+.bin before installing
new version: Operation not permitted
