Could you write a short rationale on why the following changes need to be
reapplied ? I couldn't find any bug documenting what the issues were, how they
were fixed and/or why they have been dropped.
- debian/rules: Move binary-arch commands to binary-indep
- debian/control: Remove
The uploaded version 0.4.6-0ubuntu1 was based on 0.4.5-1 instead of
0.4.5-1ubuntu2. Thats why the changelog entries for 0.4.5-1ubuntu1 and
0.4.5-1ubuntu2 were missing and all improvements made by those were
dropped.
