After I Disabled my Desktop Effects in my System Settings, the problem
disappeared. It seems that somewhere OpenOffice clashes with the Desktop
Effects. This is a pity, because I would like to have my Desktop Effects
Enabled.
I have a ATI Mobile Radeon X300 graphics card.
