While Vincenzo's patch does keep the oops from occurring, I don't believe it is the correct fix. I had started working on this bug and didn't feel like the dentry should be negative at this point. My gut feeling is an error in ecryptfs_link() or more likely, ecryptfs_unlink(). I should get some
