Public bug reported:
I started apport-collect as requested by a developer and it put me up the
"Authorize application to access Launchpad on your behalf" page and printed:
Logging into Launchpad...
The authorization page
(https://edge.launchpad.net/+authorize-token?oauth_token=z77tQ23wTmQzhBxGzkpm)
should be opening in your browser. After you have authorized this program to
access Launchpad on your behalf you should come back here and press <Enter> to
finish the authentication process.
The page offers 4 different authorization levels. How should the user know
which one is required for apport-collect ?
