John, unplugging the modem crashes linux Was certainly broken in 2.6.31-5, but should be fixed by now. Is for me. As for the 3G issues, I've had similar if not the same ones. We're collaborating on #nm to resolve them. At the moment, and using the NetworkManager trunk PPA, I can get past
