Bummer, okay well standard operating procedure with hang bugs is to
collect a batchbuffer dump when the freeze happens - here's the steps to
follow to do this:

I saw this again this morning, probably running Karmic updates from
Sunday. In this case it was while using the metacity alt-tab task
switcher to go from Pidgin to gnome-terminal, so I'm feeling more sure
it's related to input grabs and not to firefox.

It just happened again after I finished filing this bug.
In case it makes any difference we do see the
It's commonly happening while I'm using firefox but then I am commonly
using firefox. I think I've also seen it while in a terminal.
