Please sync libxjavadoc-java 1.1-4 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntus specific changes have been incorporated in the latest debian version

  * use default-jdk to build

  * added README.source
