Binary package hint: software-center

If you install 9.10 with no internet connection then if you want to
install a software from software-center you don't see any download
button. At this point software-center should say to run "apt-get update"
or similar. In fact after you run this command (or after pressed
"verify" button in update-manager) the button appears.

Tested with 9.10.
