I'm sorry to hear you've switched away from Ubuntu One. I'm going to
mark this bug report as invalid and you can open a new one if you try
Ubuntu One out again. Hopefully you will give us another chance with
Lucid and things will work much better for you then. Thank you, Joshua

Unfortunately, there aren't any log files here that indicate what the
cause of the problem might be. Can you try provide the following
information?
1) Are you prompted with a web page to login to Ubuntu One and add your
computer?
Crap, I wiped and uninstalled U1 and moved to Dropbox now, so I am
afraid that I don't have these logs...
As to the other points:
1) Yes, this works
1a) Indication of transfer. Sometimes successful. Might even sync to the other
computer if I am having a lucky day. But after some usage files get
