the notification only affects the inbox, is there where are you having
your emails or those are subfolders?

The problem seems to come from Evolution because when I open the
Evolution, its gives me both the number of mail but I closing evolution
I haven't mail notification...
In my opinion evolution bug in background run, because I have other
problem with notification applet (
