Details:
Increase top panel size from default 24 pixels to 32 pixels.
Problem:
ambiance 8 pixel lighter band at bottom of panel.
radiance 8 pixel lighter band at bottom of panel.
Reproducible with Lucid beta1 64bit Desktop.
