Binary package hint: valgrind
Lucid, valgrind 1:3.6.0~svn20100212-0ubuntu3
Given that we build all symbols in the -dbgsym packages, valgrind should
accept either libc6-dbg or -dbgsym.
This would allow valgrind to coexist with apport-retrace (which will
force-load all dbgsyms).
