do you open it? Could you describe the item label or from where you open
it?

2. Press AltHome
3. Select Applications on the left
4. Select Development on the left (subnode to Applications)
5. Browse until you see GTK-Doc Manual
6. Click on it

The omf file seems to be the problem:
if contains »file:/gtk-doc-manual.xml« while eg. gtk contains
»/usr/share/doc/libgtk2.0-doc/gtk/index.html«
