I changed the value of /apps/gedit-2/preferences/encodings/auto_detected
through gconf-editor so the first charset to be detected in my gedit is not
UTF-8 so it happens.

It happens when I try to open empty file while the first auto_detected
encoding is windows-1251, no problems when it is UTF.
