From what I understood, the user is having no problem accessing the Incognito
Mode but accessing the documentation/manuals for it.

so i won't fix it in Ubuntu. If you really want that, please file an
upstream bug on
hm not exactly I see incognito mode in chromium from the day I started
using chromium. do you still have this issue?
