Can you reproduce this crash everytime? If so please post the specific
steps,since it seems to be working for many of us.
Also,since this is a issue with a KDE app,i would recommend that you report it
at bugs.kde.org and link this report to it.

Yes. Every time when I click Grandfather in main menu KPatience crashed.
If I select other game in main menu, software works normally.
