Public bug reported:
Ctrl-Alt-F1 does nothing on either of my machines : Dell Dimension 2400
(old cheap desktop) and Dell T110 Poweredge (new expensive server). In
both cases I'm using a Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 v1.0.
I chose the nearest thing on setup, "Microsoft Natural" I think, and
have notes I made on setup saying "Microsoft
Natural/USA/USA/NoAltGrKey/No Compose Key/VGA/16/default/" F keys work
fine with the BIOS for entering boot/setup menus etc.
