Oh also if you put the latest Maverick on a usb stick .. once the usb
stick has been created .. you have to edit syslinux/syslinux.cfg and
remove ui from the lbeginning of the last line.

vendor = LGD
product id =703
It is a 1366x768 panel.

LGD stands for LG Display .. so the panel is an LG panel.

annoying issue. I have been spending many days and nights without finding a
good configuration making the display work...
In your first posting, you wrote about an i5 U520: have you got any
information, if
