look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. There have been many
changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem
may have been fixed
It seems to be working nicely since Xubuntu 10.10.

Thank you for taking the time to test this bug in a later release. I am
closing it because the bug has been fixed in the latest stable version
of Xubuntu - 10.10. It won't be fixed in previous versions of Ubuntu
because the package doesn't fit the requirements for backporting. See
