This bug affects me on an Acer Aspire One HAPPY2. It also affects other
recent Acer Aspire One netbook models. Max brightness is rather dim. It
can be made BRIGHTER by increasing brightness during the startup
(otherwise, it is extremely dim once power management has dimmed it) and
disabling
markuhde, please execute the following via the Terminal and feel free to
subscribe me to it:
