Ok, I tried that, and I got this message permission denied. So I
looked around and found something that's kinda like Event Viewer (this
is all new to me) and I found a whole bunch of lines that read fail and,
or, error. Should I post screenshots of that? Or is there a way to gain
permission? Also,

Can you run the installer until it crashes, then manually attach
/var/log/syslog, /var/log/installer/debug, and /var/log/partman from the
live environment to this bug report.
