* Fixed typos in README.Debian.xml. Closes LP: #65036.
* Updated Maintainer field as per Debian maintainer field spec.

Most other docs in /usr/share/doc/exim4-base/ are original documentation
from source tarball and I presume, would require a patch to the original
tarball to fix references to other docs. IMHO, it is probably OK to
leave the original docs untouched since an intelligent user would easily
be able to
new debdiff attached
