Binary package hint: gnome-panel
Press right arrows in submenu's switches into next menu.
Testcase
-----------
1) Alt + F1 (Opens the Application menu)
2) Press down arrow (takes to accessories menu)
3) Press right arrow onces (takes you into accessories submenu)
4) Press right arrow again (switches to Places menu)
