Take a look at bug #663670
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/papyon/+bug/663670). There's
a good chance it is the same issue. Do you get a message along the lines
of Cannot Connect with No Reason Specified?
Basically try finding the file:
RequestMultipleSecurityTokens.py
which is in
