You probably have meant your uploaded ogv video, haven't you? I haven't
figured it out for the first time. I can see whole video with upper part
in Firefox 3.6.13. When I have seen this video I'm sure I have same
problem. Compiz should redraw titlebar when window loses focus but it
doesn't do it
Yes, I meant that one (the screencast). I don't know why my Chromium
plugin shows me that. Nevermind.
And yeah, I forgot to mention that it only happens with desktop effects
enabled.

by the way did u see the whole screen in the video? my player in
chromium cut off the upper part of the video, I don't why, that part is
the important one!

actually, the window under doesn't need to be maximized, only has to be
under another window...
