Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: powernap

$ lintian powernap-common_2.0-0ubuntu1_all.deb:
W: powernap-common: script-not-executable ./etc/pm/power.d/eth_wol
W: powernap-common: script-not-executable ./etc/pm/power.d/usb
W: powernap-common: script-not-executable ./etc/pm/power.d/video
W: powernap-common: backup-file-in-package
usr/share/pyshared/powernap/monitors/.ProcessMonitor.py.swp
$ lintian powernap_2.0-0ubuntu1_all.deb:
W: powernap: script-not-executable ./etc/powernap/action
W: powernap: script-in-etc-init.d-not-registered-via-update-rc.d
/etc/init.d/powernap

While it would be nice to adjust etc/pm/* (eg, via an override if
appropriate, otherwise the perms themselves), fixing up the swap file
should be considered a must, as well as investigating the initscript
issue.
