The new 0.9 version is the version that the desktop team decided to
target at UDS, the beta tarball just missed alpha3 and the feature
freeze by a few days though, shotwell updates are usually well tested
and solid

It's a leaf application (thus we have the option of going back), and
fixes some functionality regressions compared to F-Spot, like better
searching. Approved if this lands before beta-1. Thanks!
