Fair enough if it was specified to be this size by the desktop team... In fact,
I can see this now:
Width: 736
Height: 525
The point is, showing multiple items requiring horizontal scroll doesn't
look very nice, but this can be revisited in a future redesign.

Thanks for choosing Ubuntu One and helping us making it better.
Question, why would you file this as a bug report? The scrollbar is
automatically added by GTK when there is not enough room for the contents, and
thus this way we avoid the undesirable effect of resizing a window.

In general horizontal scrollbars are frowned upon, because they force
the user to use the scrollbar instead of the scroll wheel that's much
easier to use, and to do this for each line of text that is to be read.
Looking at that screenshot it looks like either:
1) the panes should be reorganized

The window size was defined by the desktop team to be the best size to fit even
in netbooks, so as far as I know it will not changed.
The design may change, but since we may be re-doing the control panel to match
the Windows' panel, we are not doing any specific change at this point.
